Objective: to support through financing companies with highly innovative solutions, bridging the gap in risk capital. Eligible Beneficiaries must have attracted significant investment rounds demonstrating the market interest that this call by the European Innovation Council (EIC) could then catalyse to attract further funds. Funding Allocation : 300.00.000,00 euros expected for 2025
Eligible Beneficiaries: Individual start-ups, SMEs, small mid caps (up to 499 employees) and investors on behalf of eligible companies.
Funding Support : financing in the form of only investment equity
Eligible Interventions : investment projects between 10 and 30 million euros aiming to attract funding at least 3-5 times higher and concerning:
- Digital and Deep Tech: semiconductors, AI, quantum systems, advanced connectivity, sensing, robotics and other autonomous systems
- Clean technologies: net zero solutions such as solar, wind, battery storage, geothermal, hydrogen, biogas, carbon capture, nuclear and circular economy
- Biotechnologies: DNA/RNA, proteins, cell engineering, gene vectors, bioinformatics and nanobiotechnology.

In addition, beneficiaries will have access to various services, Business Acceleration Services (BAS), such as access to global partners, access to coaches, mentors and experts, training and access to an innovation ecosystem.
